Shipping & Delivery

Most products carried are in stock and ready to ship but we advise our customers to kindly inquire about your required quantity and product status for ease in shipping.
All orders are carefully inspected prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any broken or missing parts notice via email with pictures within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement against the payment.
A minimum of 10 working days is required for any order to be dispatched. Transit time would be extra and depends on the mode of shipping and logistics company.
A minimum of 20-30 working days is required to manufacture and dispatch customized orders from our warehouse. Shipping time will be extra depending on the mode of transport and destination.
No two items can be the same in finish or in design as these items are handcrafted which adds to the uniqueness of the product
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
We may ship your partial order on the first shipment and backorder separately for ease. You may also instruct us if you prefer one single shipment or whatever mode you want.
Shipping charges are calculated only on the basis of surface/road transport
Additional charges will be levied if the customer selects shipping charges other than surface/road transport.

Replacement Policy

Dlite Crafts is dedicated to providing you with an easy, hassle-free online shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction.

No Breakage Guaranteed Dlite Crafts replacement warranty on breakage in transit.

Follow 3 simple steps if you find any breakage during receipt of your shipment.

1. Carefully inspect the merchandise.

2. Report breakage by emailing pictures of a broken part(s) with your order number, invoice number, and your contact number within 3 days of receipt.

3. We will courier part(s) against the payment.

We will not be able to provide free shipping of any replacement parts in case of breakage during the shipments due to the mode of International shipping transits.

Product Care

At Dlite Crafts we believe in minimum maintenance and care, that's why most of our products are manufactured using quality material, long-lasting finishes, and protected by lacquer that does not require any harsh chemicals for cleaning.

Use either a dry cloth or dusters for cleaning metal parts and crystals
Do not use detergents or any mental-cleaning products
Always use professional help for fitting and for electrical/technical problems
Use a maximum of 40-watt incandescent bulbs or any energy saver lamp like CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamp) or LEDs for opulent usage.

Wholesale Lights serves businesses, design professionals, and retail consumers alike who wish to customize their own designs. Any of our products can be customized as per customers’ requirements from a variety of finishes available to the size of the light fixture. Customization is subjected to the required minimum quantities or values. Warranty

Warranty on all products are covered by their respective brands and customers are required to contact the brand directly for any quality or manufacturing issues.
